Festoche Bamboche est à la recherche de braves genses pour prêter main forte et faire opérer la magie!  Voici les secteurs pour lesquels tu peux mentionner ton intérêt :

🗝️ Accueil  --»  Pour ceuzes qui ont le sens de l’hospitalité

🚗 Stationnement --» Pour les kings et queens du tétris 

🍀 Équipe verte --» Pour les anges gardiens du terrain

🔧 Montage / Démontage --»  Pour les polyvalents (tech, art, menuiserie, etc) 

🏊 Sécurité aquatique --» Pour les héros et héroïnes en maillot  

🧸 Sanctuaire --» Pour les superviseur.euses de la vibe

🛸 Équipe volante (Remplacements, soutien à la logistique, etc.) --» Pour les polyvalent.es et les prêt.es à tout

🧳 Navette artiste  (fait partie de l'équipe volante) --» Pour les précieux.euses conducteurs.trices désigné.es

🌞  Le Phare (Quartier général des bénévoles, information, etc.) --» Pour les éclaireur.euse.s de lanterne

BON À SAVOIR !

• Les directions des différents secteurs contacterons les bénévoles selon leurs besoins.

• Pour être confirmé·e comme bénévole, il sera nécessaire d'acheter un billet pour le festival.

• Seuls les bénévoles qui font le montage et le démontage n'ont pas besoin d'acheter un billet.
  
  

POLITIQUE DE REMBOURSEMENT DES BÉNÉVOLES

• Le billet sera remboursé après votre participation , généralement 2 semaines à 1 mois après le festival.

• Si un·e bénévole ne se présente pas à l’un de ses shifts sans aviser avant la tenue de l'événement, le montant remboursé de son billet sera réduit et ne sera pas proportionnel au temps manqué afin de pallier aux ressources que nous devrons déployer sur place. (ex : ne pas se présenter pour un shift de 6h sur les 12h total à effectuer = 30% du billet sera remboursé.) Dans des circonstances exceptionnelles, des ententes spéciales peuvent être accordées.

🍀 Green Team --» For the guardian angels of the grounds

🔧 Setup/Teardown --»  For the versatile (tech, art, carpentry, etc.) 

🏊 Lifeguard --» For the heroes and heroines in swimsuits  

🧸 Sanctuary --» For the vibe supervisors

🛸 Roving team (Replacements, logistics support, etc.) --» For the versatile and ready for anything

🧳 Artist shuttle (merged with the Roving team) --» For the precious designated drivers

🌞 The Lighthouse (Volunteer headquarters, information, etc.) --» For lantern scouts  

🕴️ Workshop/Conference --» For those who spread passion and magical moments  

💆🏽‍♀️ Care space (Therapist/Massage) --» For kind souls with magic fingers

GOOD TO KNOW!

• The directors of the various sectors will contact volunteers according to their needs.

• To be confirmed as a volunteer, you will need to purchase a ticket for the festival.

• Only volunteers who help with set-up and dismantling will not need to purchase a ticket.
  
  

VOLUNTEER REFUND POLICY

• Your ticket will be refunded after your participation, usually 2 weeks to 1 month after the festival.

• If a volunteer does not show up for one of their shifts without giving notice before the event, the amount refunded for their ticket will be reduced and will not be proportional to the time missed in order to compensate for the resources we will have to deploy on site. (e.g., not showing up for a 6-hour shift out of a total of 12 hours to be worked = 30% of the ticket will be refunded). In exceptional circumstances, special arrangements may be considered.
